NicCLIM 3/3 Alpha release notes. Make map, lambdas in map, pick up and use lambdas in map

It was a bit of a slog, but I have rounded out my three fundamental NicCLIM posts for 3 (not counting the ancillary 4th and extra-secret 5th) main features of NicCLIM Common lisp interface manager map editor using https://mcclim.common-lisp.dev/ .

  1. Making a map at all, also layered graphics/text: https://screwlisp.small-web.org/lispgames/nicclim-alpha/
  2. Putting host lisp lambdas into the map as completely normal map data https://screwlisp.small-web.org/lispgames/nicclim-alpha-part-ii-lambdas/
  3. Picking up, carrying around and using lambdas in the map https://screwlisp.small-web.org/lispgames/nicclim-alpha-part-iii-map-edit-macros/
  4. Per-player ephemeral storage (included in 3)
  5. Not described: syncronising distributed maps (~ https://screwlisp.small-web.org/lispgames/spacetime-boxes-nicclim/ ).

In the name of putting something unique and special in these itch.io devlog devlogs, let me just collect the images from those three alpha release demo articles.

You are welcome to discuss this with me here or on the regular mastodon threads / live shows. (8pm Boston Time tomorrow (Tuesdays in Americas).
