40min copy+paste video example-game to make tictactoe

I wanted to make #o10 games to figure out what the cons engine can and can't do. The example-game was kinda salad, but I found I could just copy and paste the bits of it with minor changes and it becomes tictactoe.

I have to make a concise post and video about game commands and command inheritance in the cons which will clean up the repetition of defining arrow keys that slows down this video. Tomorrow, tomorrow.
